MRAEL in conjunction with Australian Trade Training College are offering an opportunity for you to take the first step in your Construction career by completing this Trade Ready Program in Ipswich.
CONSTRUCTION SKILLS QUEENSLAND (CSQ) FUNDED TRADE READY PROGRAM
Skills and Employability Training (Week 1-3)
Participants are provided the opportunity to undertake life skills and accredited training and development in a safe simulated work environment.
Structured Workplace Learning (Week 4-6)
Participants undertake a structured workplace learning activity with one of our supporting construction partners.

Step right up these school holidays and discover the magic of Circus Ipswich!
From storytelling and creativity to confidence and acrobatic skill, there’s something for everyone. Create your own mini theatre in the Shadow Puppetry workshop, build Stage Presence and Character Development through fun, fast-paced improv, or get moving with Acro – developing balance, trust and dynamic partner skills.
With sessions for all ages and abilities, these hands-on workshops are the perfect way to try something new, make friends, and shine in the spotlight!

Ipswich Plant Swap
We’re excited to welcome the Ipswich Plant Swap to its new home at the Ipswich Showgrounds, bringing together local gardeners for a fun, friendly and sustainable day of sharing and learning.
This community-focused event invites attendees to swap cuttings, uprooted plants (with no soil), seeds, produce and garden treasures, all while discovering new plants and tips from fellow green thumbs. With tables provided in a covered area and plenty of opportunity to browse, chat and exchange, the Plant Swap is perfect for seasoned gardeners and curious beginners alike. Please note Fire Ant regulations apply, so no potted plants, homemade potting mixes, bananas or items from fire ant zones are permitted. Join us to connect, swap and grow together in a respectful, welcoming space.
